These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between md888 (hereinafter referred to as "md888", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the md888 platform available at https://md888.lat (the "Platform" or "Website").

md888 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform providing services to players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform offers a range of gaming products including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, sports betting markets, lottery-style games, and arcade games — all priced and settled in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

By creating a registered account on md888, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply continuously for the duration of your account's active existence on the Platform.

md888 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address registered to your account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an account on md888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. md888 does not permit individuals under 21 to register, access, or use the Platform under any circumstances. This age threshold applies regardless of the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on md888. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether imposed voluntarily through md888 or through any relevant gambling regulatory authority.
• Not a Company Employee: Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of md888 are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotions.

To access the gaming services offered by md888, you must complete the registration process in full, providing accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. md888 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party, and you must not permit anyone else to use your account to place wagers on your behalf.

md888 shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify md888 Support immediately via Live Chat.

• All information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• Registering with false, misleading, or third-party information is strictly prohibited.
• md888 reserves the right to request proof of identity and address documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Accounts that fail KYC verification will be suspended and any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold pending satisfactory verification.

md888 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), direct online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency channels including USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. md888 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the Cashier section within your account for current minimum and maximum deposit limits.
• md888 does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods. However, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which md888 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.
• md888 reserves the right to reject any deposit at its discretion, including deposits that trigger AML (Anti-Money Laundering) risk flags.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by registered Players who have completed identity verification (KYC) and whose accounts are in good standing. md888 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 60 minutes during normal operating conditions. E-wallet withdrawals to Touch 'n Go, Boost, or GrabPay are typically processed within 5 minutes.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where md888 expressly approves an alternative method in writing.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of the withdrawal request.
• md888 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, irrespective of whether prior verification has been completed.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• md888 may impose a maximum withdrawal limit per day, week, or month. VIP tier players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits. Please contact Support for details specific to your account tier.
• If md888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, all withdrawal requests associated with the relevant account may be withheld pending investigation. md888 will notify the Player of any such hold within a reasonable timeframe.

md888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players, including Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are governed by these general Terms and by the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion, which are published alongside the relevant promotional offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover or turnover requirements) that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements may only be fulfilled by playing on eligible games. Certain game categories, including live casino and certain low-edge table games, may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all towards clearing a bonus. Applicable contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonus offers and uncompleted wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the individual bonus terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be automatically removed from the Player's account.
• Abuse Prevention: md888 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of game mechanics has occurred. This includes but is not limited to placing opposing bets to minimise risk while clearing a bonus.
• Players may only claim one Welcome Bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Claiming multiple Welcome Bonuses using different accounts is treated as bonus abuse and will result in immediate account closure.

All bets placed on md888 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this clause and to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sports market. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for the purpose of settling the relevant bet.

• Bets are confirmed only upon the Platform issuing a successful bet confirmation notice. In the event of a technical failure prior to confirmation, the bet is deemed void and any staked amount will be returned.
• md888 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was placed or conducted under erroneous conditions, including technical errors that result in clearly incorrect odds or game outcomes.
• Sports betting markets are governed by the specific settlement rules published per sport. For football betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and international tournaments — standard industry settlement rules apply.
• md888 does not accept responsibility for outcomes where a Player's internet connection failed mid-game, provided the game server records confirm the outcome correctly.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. Players who consistently win at a level that suggests professional advantage play may have their maximum bet limits adjusted at md888's discretion.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Allowing a third party to use your account or using a third party's account;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate any form of money laundering through the Platform;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment fraud in connection with Platform transactions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing md888 staff or other Platform users;
• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure.

All content on the md888 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of md888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of md888.

md888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

md888 does not sell Personal Data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification service providers, fraud prevention systems, and regulatory authorities strictly where required for the purposes of operating the Platform and maintaining legal compliance.

• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes;
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• The Player is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to md888 or third parties.

In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms, md888 may withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated at the Player's request and no breach has occurred, the Real Money Balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering) will be returned to the Player via their primary verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, md888 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses of profit, data, goodwill, or gaming winnings.

md888's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit md888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

md888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material in nature, md888 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the registered account holder prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a clause, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting Support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law and the operating jurisdiction of md888's licensing authority.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute may be escalated in accordance with the complaint escalation procedure available upon request from Support.

The English language version of these Terms shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translation or summary.
